Dubai Auto Zone makes finding used cars be it and LTV or a HTV quick, easy, and reliable.
if you want to find car in dubai this is your place
I will start with the positives: 1. Overwhelming choice of cars 2. Well laid out 3. Clean Now for the rest: 1. Not at all designed for private on non-expert buyers. 2. Customer service in many of the showrooms is downright pathetic. 3. New cars are ok. But used cars are almost always those that have been in accidents and repaired in the UAE. Watch out for those especially as a private buyer. The repairs rarely bring the car back to a roadworthy condition. 4. Checks are not applied to all used vehicles to give a full report of defects and condition. So the process of evaluation is very tedious. 5. No aggregator of information (available cars) available so the only way to scan the market is to visit each showroom individually. This does not make sense. Conclusion: If you are an expert or a commercial buyer, this is a great place to shop for used cars. If you are a private buyer, I recommend sticking to new cars only.
The clerk in Gate No 1 office who issue gatepass and other stuff his behaviour is very unprofessional very untrained people! Should give them proper training for dealing customer!
