Google Map has no idea of getting to this place or even to the main gate. It is saying take the roundabout when there is no roundabout, asking me to go through a wall/ fencing. A wrong turning which led me to a different place (NBF). The mapping for this area is just horrified. Not update and is unreliable. So disappointing

They should start a customer happiness center inside freezone office.Fix processing/turnaround time for each service.Each company should get an online tracking system from freezone authority.Long waiting for each service is disappointing.I think they will try to improve their service.Should start online chat, feedback and complaint registering system also.
