Dealing with the company to get the license was much easier than cancelling when cancelling they start to push you around and overwhelm you with surprises. I wish the process can be better and more client friendly. We cancel but we always could do a new license again one day. It’s good to keep a good relationship with clients so they choose you again

I haven’t t had idea of such beautiful institution building to be honest. The staff working there I found it very polite and professional. I am extremely disappointed with the renewal process (with amendment) at Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park. At a time when flexibility and digital solutions should be a priority, especially given the current regional tensions and safety concerns, the insistence on requiring a physical (non-digital) signature for trade license renewal process feels outdated and unnecessarily burdensome. The shareholders are based in Abu Dhabi and I am the one helping them process the renewal lives here in Dubai, making this requirement not only inconvenient but also impractical. In today’s world, where secure digital signatures are widely accepted and implemented across government and private sectors, this policy creates avoidable delays, added costs, and logistical challenges. It’s frustrating to see a “technology and innovation” park lag behind in adopting basic digital processes. In situations like this, businesses expect support, efficiency, and adaptability—not rigid procedures that complicate operations during already difficult times. I strongly urge the management to reconsider this policy and align with modern, digital-first practices that truly reflect innovation and support the business community.
